Orders & Payments
- Once an order is confirmed, payment is expected within 24 hours. Please do e-mail us your details. i.e. : Name, Contact Number, Delivery Address.
- All sales are final. Upon confirmation & payment, no changes/cancellations can be made.
- We accept payments through Bank transfers and Cash Deposits only.
Shipping
- Once the item is delivered, we will email you the tracking number.
- We take care in packaging the items and we are not responsible for any damage or loss of package during shipping.
- For pre-order items, delivery time frame will be advised.
- Shipping period is just an estimation and we cannot be responsible for any shipping delays which are out of our control (ie: held in customs/postal service inefficiencies)
