How to place an order

How to place an order and Payment Method

1) To place an order, kindly email to us (if you prefer to do direct bank in ) doterramalaysia.sales@gmail.com 

or 

proceed your purchase at EO-Malaysia Online Web store (if you prefer to pay by credit card)     
  
(Please do not post up your personal details in the comment box.)


Please email us the following information if you wish to pay by direct bank in:

-Full Name

-Postal address

-Handphone

-List of your confirmed order

Your orders are shipped based on the shipping address that you entered during checkout. 

Please make sure that the shipping address you have entered is correct.

-Preferred Bank for payment: CIMB/ AmBank/Public Bank/ Maybank/ Paypal

If you choose to pay by credit card, you can purchase from our online store at:

2) Bank details & total amount will be sent through confirmation email to you.

3) Payment for the items must be made within 48 hours after receiving confirmation email, else order will be canceled. (Advance full payment has to be made to secure item including self-collection method).

4) Please notify us through email upon payment. Kindly provide your transaction details as below if needed:

     1. Full name & contact number

     2. By ATM or Internet transfer (keep copy of record for safety reason)

     3. Transaction details

         - Reference number

         - Date & Time of transfer

         - Total amount transferred/banked in

Or you can take a snap shot of your bank in slip or screenshot of your online transfer notice and email to us.

5) We will send you a confirmation email after receiving the payment.

6) The parcel will be sent out on the next working day and a notification mail with parcel tracking number will be sent to you too. 
Normally it takes about 2-3 working days (Pos Laju) to reach your doorstep.

p/s: Please note that if the items are out of stock, we will inform you. You can choose to ask for refund or to wait for the new stock. (the order may takes about 1 to 2 weeks to reach you.) To show our appreciation, we will attach freebies in your order if you choose to wait.

We endeavor to deliver the products as soon as possible.

Shipping fees/Postage

• All prices are in Malaysia RM currency and it's excluding shipping fee/postage.

• Buyers have to pay their own shipping fee/postage. However, we are providing flat postage rate for whole Malaysia. As for other countries, you can refer to the courier service you choose. We would recommend Pos Malaysia though.

• Delivery is done through Pos Laju, or Air Mail (International order).

• The International shipping fee charges are based on the size and weight of the particular item.

• Postage rate for Malaysia:

         Poslaju (2-3 working days)
         Flat Postage Rate:  RM12 (Within Malaysia)
*Maximum 20 bottles of Essential Oils for each parcel.

• Please check through your orders before sending in; no changes/cancellation of orders can be made after payment done.

• All items sold are Non-exchangeable & Non-Refundable.

• We reserve the rights to add, modify or delete any price, product, service or new item referred to this page without prior notice.
