How to place an order

How to place an order and Payment Method

Option A:
To make payment by direct banking:

1) Kindly email your list of order to doterramalaysia.sales@gmail.com for confirmation.           
(Please do not post up your details in the comment box.)

Your orders are shipped based on the shipping address that you entered during checkout. 

Please make sure that the shipping address you have entered is correct.

-Handphone:

-List of your Confirmed purchase items and quantity

2) Bank details & total amount will be sent through confirmation email to you.

3) Payment for the items must be made within 48 hours after receiving confirmation email, else the reserved order will be canceled.

4) Please notify us through email upon payment. Kindly provide your transaction details as below if needed:

     1. Full name & contact number

     2. By ATM or Internet transfer (keep a copy of record)

     3. Transaction details

         - Reference number

         - Date & Time of transfer

         - Total amount transferred/banked in

Or you can take a snap shot of your bank in slip or screenshot of your online transfer notice and email to us.

5) We will send you a confirmation email after receiving the payment.

6) The parcel will be sent out on the next working day and a notification /dispatch email will be sent to you too. 
Normally it takes about 2-5 working days to reach your doorstep by Pos Laju /Skynet.
